Dr. Raghda El Ebrashi
Founder and Chairperson
Dr. Raghda founded Alashanek ya Balady in 2002 as a student club at the AUC, and she is currently chairing its board as a formal NGO established in 2005 under the name Alashanek ya Balady Association for Sustainable Development (AYB-SD), which is one of the biggest NGOs in Egypt. Raghda also currently serves as the Vice-Chair of Golden Years Foundation, working on the empowerment of the aging population in Egypt. She also served as a board member in the International Youth Foundation in the US from 2010 and till 2013, and has led various agricultural development and water projects in Africa from 2017 till 2019.
Mr. Hady El Hamamsy

Mr. Hady is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of El Hamamsy Marine Services Ltd. His role has been instrumental in the growth of the company. His primary focus has been to continually increase brand awareness to help drive business results. Before assuming his current role as a COO, Hady held a variety of positions in El Hamamsy Marine Services, the most important one was being Marketing and PR Manager. His main responsibilities were setting the company’s marketing strategy and handling all public relations activities that have successfully built brand exposure in Egypt and abroad.

Dr. Saneya El Galaly

Dr. Saneya is an organization development expert with specialization in Strategic Management and International Business with more than 40 years of experience. She has extensively conducted research and studied in Egypt, Germany and the USA. She earned a Ph.D. in Management, and an MPS in Organizational Communication from PWU and Cornell University, in USA, and an MA in Management and a B.Sc. in Economics and Political Sciences from the American University and Cairo University in Egypt. She also conducted research and studied International Relations at Cologne University, Germany.
Mrs. Dina Hashish

Founder of Golden Years Foundation for Community Development, Dina Hashish has been chosen as one of the 50 leaders in the world working to transform the world- and their environments- to be a better place to grow older-in. Dina is the first and only Egyptian on the list. Dina is a corporate lawyer specialising in corporate governance, corporate law and capital markets. She has worked for international law firms in New York, Milan, Cairo and a Fortune 500 Company. Dina obtained her Masters from Stanford; she practices law in New York and Egypt. She has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.
