Scope of Work
We offer technical and financial support for young people and women to work their way out of poverty, through building their competencies and enabling them to generate sustainable streams of income generated from job opportunities and established small business. Our role is to provide access to different resources within an enabling system to empower our target groups to sustainably improve their livelihood strategies and outcomes.
Team
Our global team extends to more than 30 employees and 500 volunteers, which is comprised of cause-oriented, committed, and competentimpact-makers. . The team is currently serving more than 8 governorates, working from 7 branches across Egypt The team include different disciplines and backgrounds, enriching our work with different skills from the business, social, and development worlds.
