Through this cooperation, AYB-SD and Raya Contact Center established a career building program targeting 100 university students from different public universities located in Cairo, with the objective is to build their capacity to enhance the cadre of graduates that enter the labor market annually, , enhance young people’s values, knowledge and skills to meet the expectations of the labor market and to raise universities students’ awareness about the labor market needs and increase the desired capacity to fit it.
The program is comprised of five domains: Beginning Your Journey, Know Yourself, Exploring Careers, Strategies for Success, and what’s next. Each domain includes comprehensive lesson plans that contain a variety of lessons and activities. Afterwards, a one to one career coaching sessions shall be provided to the graduates of the program in order to guide them further and enhance their skills and attitude to match the requirements of the labor market and accordingly provide the labor market with a highly professional cadre. Last, Raya Contact Center shall provide an internship opportunity for the most outstanding students.
