The project is tackling the lack of effective labor market transition programs that are compatible with available jobs and offering companies while addressing needs of job seekersas well as employers, through access to labor market information, labor market linkages, and qualifying young people to apply for available jobs and enhancing their employability through trainings and apprenticeships.
The project is offering soft, technical, and vocational skills training, career coaching sessions, employment forums, and job placement services for its target group in sales, marketing, procurement, accounting, and warehousing jobs, in addition to graphic designers, social media, operation, maintenance, production, as well as food and beverage vocations.
